ECOTOURISM FACILITIES FOR OLIVER’S WHITE HILL - Module 1

from the project brief: 

Redeveloping and revitalizing Oliver’s White Hill site into an eco-tourism spot, in particular the heritage ruins and the connection with the stunning existing landscape.
This design proposal will aim to:
- Provide a design proposal able to connect the ruins and the main site on Seaview Rd by providing a route for tourism purpose as hiking and explore the surrounding nature.
- Adapt and redevelop the two existing ruins into small living spaces as weekend retreats self-sustainable and off the grid, using affordable materials and alternative energy sources.
- Readapt the existing sheep shearing building into a multifunction hub, into a gathering space that can hold different events related to the farm activities.
